Family planning services are available with any of the doctors. Advice and information is available on all types of contraception including fitting of the coil by certain doctors.

Antenatal Clinics are held in Bangor on Monday from 9.00 - 10.30 am and Holywood on Tuesday morning from 8.45 - 10.00 am. Other times by arrangement.

Baby Clinics for eight-week developmental checks and childhood vaccinations are held in Bangor on Tuesday mornings 9.00 - 11.00 am and Holywood on Wednesday mornings from 9.00 - 11.00 am.

Minor Surgery for a variety of minor procedures can be carried out in the practice including removal of warts and skin lesions, excision of cysts etc. Please arrange an appointment with the doctor first for assessment and advice.

lady_examWell Woman Clinics are held each week by appointment. All women up to the age of 65 are encouraged to have a smear test every three years and are available at one of our nurse led clinics or with a doctor. Advice on hormone replacement therapy and breast examination is also available.

Asthma Clinics are run by our practice nurses in both Priory and Springhill surgeries to check on inhaler techniques, give information and help the doctors with any follow up care required.

Diabetic Clinics are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in Holywood and the 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each month in Bangor. Appointments are sent out to diabetic patients at the doctor’s request throughout the year and patients have access to a dietician and podiatrist.
