If you are asking for new medication, such as an antibiotic, you will have to see a doctor first. Repeat prescriptions can be requested by:
- Posting your repeat request form to us with an S.A.E.
- Calling into one of the surgeries and giving your request to the receptionist.
- Faxing the details to us at 084 4477 3397
- Telephoning our repeat prescription line on 0844 8151495 between 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm - a member of staff will assist you.
Prescriptions can be arranged for collection at either the Priory or Springhill Surgery or from your local Chemist. Please give at least 48 hours notice to allow time for the prescription to reach your chosen collection point.
